The service

PlayTrack is a cloud-based management tool for kids play zones — for tracking sessions, billing, memberships, party bookings, and daily reconciliation. It is a software tool, not a financial or legal service.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, the account is paused until a subscription is activated. Your data is never deleted — it waits for you.

Subscription & payment

• •Subscription is ₹799 per play zone per month.
• •Payment is collected monthly via the link shared with you. Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking.
• •Access continues as long as your subscription is current.
• •We do not offer partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the month ends.
• •Pricing may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing us. We will stop billing immediately and your account will remain accessible until the end of the paid period. To permanently delete your account and all data, request it explicitly and we will do so within 30 days.

Your data

You own all the data you put into PlayTrack — customer records, session history, revenue figures. We do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and protect it.

Acceptable use

PlayTrack is for legitimate play zone management. You agree not to use it to store sensitive personal data beyond what is needed (e.g. no Aadhaar numbers, no financial account details), not to attempt to access other venues' data, and not to reverse-engineer or resell the software.

Uptime & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PlayTrack is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss caused by your own actions, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability in any month is capped at the subscription fee you paid that month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
