Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• •Account data — your play zone name, your name, and email address when you sign up.
• •Customer data — names and phone numbers of kids and parents you check in, entered by you or your staff.
• •Session & billing data — check-in times, session durations, amounts collected, and payment method (cash/UPI/card).
• •Party bookings — customer name, phone, booking date, package, and payment details.
• •Staff PINs — operator names and 4-digit PINs you set for your team, stored in your venue's database.

We do not collect payment card numbers, Aadhaar numbers, or any government ID. We do not collect location data or install tracking cookies.

How we store it

All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud. Data may reside on servers in Mumbai (asia-south1) or Singapore. Firebase is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant.

Your venue's data is isolated — no other play zone can see your customers, sessions, or revenue.

Who can access your data

• •You and your staff — anyone you give the login to can read and write your venue's data.
• •PlayTrack (us) — we can access database records for support and debugging, but we do not routinely read your customer data.
• •No one else — we do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, third-party analytics companies, or any other party.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you stop using PlayTrack and want your data deleted, email us and we will remove all venue data within 30 days.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at any time and we will respond within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice inside the app. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated policy.
